Hello! I am a writer and podcaster looking to make a difference in the world of faith and mental health. I believe in the power of God’s love and have seen His great action and healing and wish to help bring you closer to Him.
I am a wife and stay-at-home mom of three beautiful girls. Our family enjoys the adventure of homeschooling and living on our small homestead in the country.
Other things we enjoy together are the great outdoors and hanging out with friends and extended family. We are active in our parish and community.
Bringing a new level of healing to your life and walking with you, is deep in my heart. Angela and I are excited to begin this journey with you. I enjoy bringing your needs to Lectio Divina and other prayer and reflection time.

Hello! I am the web designer and developer of this website. I have enjoyed the challenge of making this site as practical and beautiful as possible, and trying to use my skills for the greater glory of God. In my spare time, I like to explore psychology, writing, art, 3D design, and programming.

God made you, and you are good!
I’m a homeschooling mom and former music educator. If I could share one message with others, it would be of their God-given dignity. Though my formal training is limited to a teaching degree, I have always been interested in the place where psychology and the Catholic faith overlap– I would even call it a neurodivergent “special interest.” I’m here with Jacinta to answer God’s call and help bring Christ into the “culture of death”. I believe God created each of us not only to survive but to thrive, and healing is often a large part of what bridges that gap. When I’m not homeschooling or tending to the needs of our little domestic church, I love reading, quiet prayer, being silly with my kids, and just journeying through life with my best friend, father to our children, my spouse– who is a great source of encouragement and joy.
